The 2020 Capstone Award winners were announced last week in the Kansas City Business Journal. The winners highlight the most significant projects in the city from 2019. We are the proud builder of Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community, winner in the multifamily division. Luke Draily would like to personally thank every one of our subcontractors - their hard work and dedication on this extraordinary project deserves it's own award. This project marks the fourth project Luke Draily has completed for repeat client Tutera Senior Living, totaling over 90 million dollars of construction.

The complex, called the Tiffany Springs Senior Community, will include 300 residential units designed for all levels of senior care — independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation services and memory care. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is developing the 14-acre project at 9191 N. Ambassador Drive. A formal groundbreaking is scheduled for Wednesday, and the complex is expected to open in summer 2017.
The continuum-of-care community is located near St. Luke’s North Hospital.
Construction partners on the Tiffany Springs project are Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects, Lutjen Inc. and Luke Draily Construction Co. Tutera said it hired studioSIX5, which specializes in senior living interior design.
Tiffany Springs is the second senior living development in the Northland to start construction this month. Developers began work last week on a $66 million first phase of Norterre, a residential and wellness community near Liberty Hospital that features housing options for seniors, young families and active adults.
Tutera Senior Living & Health, which is locally owned, operates 47 senior-living communities in 13 states.

Whole Foods is also known for its focus on locally grown products. Look for the store to open in June 2012.
