The complex, called the Tiffany Springs Senior Community, will include 300 residential units designed for all levels of senior care — independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation services and memory care. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is developing the 14-acre project at 9191 N. Ambassador Drive. A formal groundbreaking is scheduled for Wednesday, and the complex is expected to open in summer 2017. The continuum-of-care community is located near St. Luke’s North Hospital. Construction partners on the Tiffany Springs project are Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects, Lutjen Inc. and Luke Draily Construction Co. Tutera said it hired studioSIX5, which specializes in senior living interior design. Also featured in the Kansas City Star.
