Tutera’s Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community – a $55 million luxury senior living community in North Kansas City – is among 30 construction projects selected from more than 100 submissions by the Kansas City Business Journal to receive a prestigious Capstone Award, honoring the top real estate and development projects in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Key players honored included NSPJ Architects, the project architect, and Marian Tutera, interior designer for Tiffany Springs, as well as general contractor Luke Draily Construction Co. and the following engineering firms – Olsson, Bob D. Campbell Co., Latimer Sommers & Associates, Hockenbergs and FP&C Consultants KC LLC.
