This is phase 1 of a $65M continuum of care senior living community in the Northland in Kansas City, MO will feature more that 300 residential units with 300,000 sf of living space on 14 acres. The “inspired by you” community center will be designed with four neighborhoods surrounding interior courtyards to create a park-like environment for residents with vaulted ceilings and large windows.
