"...This $65 continuum-of-care senior living community in the Northland area of Kansas City will feature more that 300 residential units with 300,000 sq. ft. of living space on 14 acres of mixed-use development, which will include Class A retail and office space. The "inspired by you" community center, expected to be completed in summer of 2017, will be designed with four "neighborhoods" surrounding interior courtyards to create a park-like environment for residents with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Tiffany Springs will feature a therapy space with 60-foot glass walls designed to provide both privacy and green-space views to complement rehabilitaion training, yoga, message and other body-mind spa services. Other ammenities include restaurant-style dining and concierge services for residents."
